Workmanship Warranty

At Washington Construction & Fencing, we proudly provide our customers with a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty. This warranty is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind, knowing your fence project has been completed with care and expertise. Our workmanship warranty offers protection against defects or errors in installation.

While a workmanship warranty can be highly valuable, it is important to understand exactly what is covered, as well as the warranty's duration. The details of your coverage are outlined below.

Items Covered Under Washington's Workmanship Warranty:

• Missing or Mis-struck Nails (Wood) — Lifetime coverage
• Missing Concrete — When not installed in accordance with AFA (American Fence Association) standards
• Gate Hinges & Locks/Latches — 1-year coverage

Items Not Covered Under Washington's Workmanship Warranty

• Damage caused by acts of nature (including but not limited to tornadoes, floods, high winds, or other uncontrollable events)
• Damage caused by human activity or pets
• Impact damage to the fence
• Wind damage resulting from gates not being properly closed or securely latched
